Transmission has a web interface at http://localhost:9091/. Install stig for a terminal interface.

Configure your client: → Encryption mode → ☑ Require encryption → ☑ Use PEX → ☑ Use DHT → ☑ Use LPD → ☑ Enable uTP.

Don’t forget to use a blocklist!

You shouldn’t torrent over Tor. It’s slow, peers still see your real IP address, and it wastes Tor traffic.
