tmux & fzf can be used instead of dwm & dmenu on tty. If any of these are unavailable from your repo, they can be easily compiled and installed, usually with make. For doing so in Termux, see their documentation.

For an operating system, install Artix with runit. Alternatively, if you just need to flash Android ROMs from someone else’s computer, you can install Tails onto a USB or something.
